Hello, Tamara. In most cases, bleeding accompanied with pain may actually be caused by hemorrhoids. But all the same should apply to the proctologist or surgeon. Bleeding may be associated with other causes: cracks around the anus, ulcerative colitis or polyps, as well as problems in the upper intestinal tract. As treatment I can recommend a diet, rich in vegetable fibers, high fluid intake, walking, moderate exercise, bath with camomile (room or slightly cool water temperature), angioprotektorы, Venotonic (but always with a doctor's prescription). Lifting weights is strictly prohibited.
