I want to share a good remedy, which, in combination with proper nutrition, is a good prevention of hemorrhoids and fissures – bath.
Most often I do a chamomile bath. For a glass of boiling water you need 2 tablespoons of inflorescences. Let it brew, then pour into a bowl. Should then be applied, when the temperature of the liquid is approximately equal to body temperature, and until completely cooled.
Well, like in any case, regularity is important.
Why I like this recipe more than others – Chamomile in the house is always useful :)

There is still something to be said here, that warm and cold baths differ in their focus. Warm ones help heal cracks, relieve itching. Cold bleeding will help stop, and also seem to disperse the blood.
I usually make it cold, also with chamomile or potassium permanganate – it's kind of basic “fillers”, they don't exactly hurt.

Now I'm probably asking something stupid, but baths – How is that?))
I should dissolve this glass of decoction or potassium permanganate in a regular bath? Or you need to fill the entire basin with broth and sit right there with your fifth point?
And how many times a week do you do this??

no no, in a regular large bath you don’t need to dissolve anything Laugh
Take a basin and yes, fill it with chamomile decoction. Only if you sit there directly, then you will block the broth’s access to the problem area )) It’s better to do it in a “suspended” state. There must be a place somewhere in the apartment, where can this be done.
Set the frequency for yourself. I do it a couple times a week, but it can be done more often, in the case of chamomile, there is no risk of overdose ))
