Used ointment morning and evening, and the tablets according to the instructions – 2 things after eating 3 times a day. Of course, they spend a lot of money.
I noticed an improvement literally within a day, but I still drank/missed the course just in case.
Both drugs cost around 500 rub, but not sold in every pharmacy.

Pylex tablets are sold in a jar, 60 things. 3 times a day 2 pieces = 10-day course. Ointment in this case, which 30 gram, I even have a little left, a day was enough 3 still.
