Tell me what I can do to relieve the pain? I can’t see a doctor yet, but I just don’t have the strength to endure it anymore!
Every trip to the toilet is a feat. The pain is so bad, that almost darkens your eyes. I have some kind of vicious circle - I’m afraid to go for a couple of days, and then when it’s absolutely necessary, I almost get a painful shock! Soon he will start shaking at the sight of a roll of paper =(

Frank, what a horror!
Understand, which is difficult, but in your case you can’t ignore the urges.
Eat soups, remove bread and potatoes from your diet. Consume foods, metabolism-accelerating coffee, prunes, beans, more greenery.
You can use some mild laxatives, the same duphalac.
And of course, find the opportunity to visit a doctor as soon as possible.

Yes, that's all clear, but relates to prevention. Prunes and coffee won't stop the pain right now!
Maybe some cooling ointments?, candles?

This is very very bad, that you are now afraid of chairs. This is a direct path to constipation ((
The easiest and cheapest way to relieve pain – this is to apply an ice compress to the problem area. Nettle has hemostatic properties, You can make a lotion from its decoction. Chamomile as well.
The doctor should prescribe medications properly, but the relief shouldn’t make you sick, I think.

I would advise you to give up toilet paper altogether.. Use it – it's a matter of habit, but this is a product for healthy people. No matter how soft it is, it still hurts the skin, especially if it's inflamed.
Make it a habit to wash yourself with cold water after every bowel movement., at work, or there in the forest – wet wipes help.
And by the way, it makes acute pain easier to bear.

Try rinsing with cold water. The blood will put less pressure on the inflamed area, the pain will decrease. But there is a danger of catching something., so don't get carried away either. Apply ice compresses in a targeted manner, and when the pain subsides a little, You can already use ointments.
